To rent with us you'll need: to be at least 21 years old when you sign the contract; a valid, original driver's license issued at least 2 years ago by a government authority; a valid government-issued ID (passport or equivalent); a valid credit card in your name with enough available limit for the security deposit; and no active credit restrictions at the time of rental.
Yes. We require your original, valid driver's license. We accept foreign licenses, so if you're visiting from abroad you can ride with your own, just make sure it's valid and bring it with you when you pick up the bike.
Yes. Every rental comes with a helmet for the rider and basic insurance covering collision and third-party damage. If you're riding with a passenger, you can rent an extra helmet for $200 MXN per day. Need coverage for your passenger? We'll quote it when you book.
Yes. You can pick up your bike at our agency or have it delivered to Cancun's Hotel Zone. Delivery costs $500 MXN and pickup another $500 MXN. For now, we don't deliver outside of Cancun.
